However it is no match my own professional evaluation, in which I view the interior of your home, taking notes on its condition, & talking with you about renovations you may have done. The on-line evaluation is simply a quick and easy tool to get you started.

 

A true Comparative Market Evaluation is one of my responsibilities, and will take me several hours after touring your home. You will receive an illustrated booklet showing Current Listings, Recent Sales, and an analysis of why certain homes did not sell during their listing period. It is worthwhile to spend the extra time meeting with me to show off the improvements you have made & the extras that you have.
